Safety Hotline Services have been extensively studied by insurance carriers and private companies over the past five years to validate the return on the investment.
The most statistically valid study documented a 22% reduction in the number of collisions. This study was done with 30,000 vehicles spread across 200 fleets throughout the USA. In fact this was one of the most diverse study groups assembled - pest control, paratransit, trucking, construction and delivery operations all mixed together. Our CEO was the study sponsor while he worked in the insurance industry and he brought those insights to our company.
Another insurance carrier decided to evaluate the leading vendors against each other to see if there was any material difference in results. Their finding?
"SafetyFirst saved us the largest amount of money, had the best return of those services we use, and by far, had the most superior service." In fact, of the four vendors used in the study, our effectiveness to reduce collisions was twice as significant as our next closest runner-up (SafetyFirst is used exclusively for all new business assignments at this insurance carrier).
